The customer portal

A password free area where your customers manage their own bookings.

Customers sign in at /customer-portal with a magic link. They enter their email address, we send them a link, and clicking it signs them in. There is no password to forget.

What they can do there

• See upcoming and past bookings, and reschedule or cancel where your policy allows it.
• View quotes and invoices you have sent them.
• See and cancel their waitlist entries.
• Update their own contact details.
• Manage their privacy choices, including marketing consent.

They also see any note you marked as visible to the client, which is a tidy way to share aftercare instructions or what to bring.
