Quotes

A quote moves through draft, sent, viewed, and then accepted, declined or expired. An accepted quote can be converted, which is the status it lands on once the work exists in Oteev.

Invoices

Invoices go from draft to sent, viewed, and then paid, partially paid, overdue, cancelled or refunded. Each one is a standard, deposit or final invoice, so a job with a deposit can be billed in two parts.

Invoice numbers are issued in sequence for your workspace, so there are no gaps and no duplicates. Customers can see everything you have sent them in the customer portal.
