Promotions and coupon codes

Discount selected services for a stretch of time, with or without a code.

Create these under Promotions. A promotion holds a title, a date range, a discount, and the services it applies to.

• The discount is either a percentage or a fixed amount off.
• Add a coupon code and the discount only applies when a customer enters it. Leave the code empty and the promotion applies automatically to every matching booking.
• A usage limit caps how many times the promotion can be used in total.
• A promotion can be switched off without being deleted.

Codes belong to your workspace alone, and matching ignores capitalisation, so SUMMER20 and summer20 are the same code. The end date runs to the end of that day, so a promotion ending on the 31st is still valid that evening.
