Customers holds everyone who has booked with you. Open one and you get their contact details and their booking history in one place.

Notes

A note can stand on its own or be attached to a specific booking.
Notes can carry file attachments.
A note marked visible to the client appears in their portal. Everything else stays internal to your workspace.

Guests who book without creating an account do not have a profile, so their notes attach to the booking instead.

Good to knowNotes are personal information. They are included when a customer asks for their data, and removed when a customer is erased. See Privacy and your data.
