Loyalty rewards

Give returning customers a percentage off or credit on their account.

Set these up under Loyalty rewards. A reward runs between two dates and is either a percentage discount or an amount of credit.

• Apply the reward to every service, or pick the services it covers.
• Turn on a limit to cap how far the reward runs.
• A reward can be switched off without losing its settings.

Rewards sit alongside promotions. Promotions are for winning new bookings; rewards are for keeping the customers you already have.
