Currency and VAT

Both are set once per workspace and applied everywhere a price is shown.

Settings > Business holds your currency and your VAT setting. They apply to every service, promotion, quote and invoice in the workspace.

VAT

VAT is added on top of the subtotal after any discount, not before it, so a coupon reduces the VAT with the price. The rate in force is frozen onto each booking as it is made. If you change your rate later, existing bookings keep the rate they were sold at.

Prices of zero

A price of zero is never shown as a zero amount. Free services carry a Free badge on customer facing screens, and a quote based service with no price yet reads Price on request.
