Resources and team assignment

Rooms, chairs and equipment on one side, people on the other. Both limit what can be booked.

Resources

A resource is a physical thing a booking consumes: a treatment room, a chair, a camera kit, a vehicle. Manage them under Resources.

• Quantity is how many you have. Two rooms means two bookings can run at once.
• Capacity is how many people it holds, where that matters.
• A resource can be marked as under maintenance, which takes it out of circulation without deleting it.

Attach resources to a service on the Resources tab. Once attached, a slot is only offered when a free one exists.

Team assignment

• Assign specific members on the Team tab, or assign nobody to let every active member take the booking.
• Auto-assign picks an available member for the customer.
• You can instead let customers choose their own team member on the booking page, which is what regulars usually want.
