Booking questions

Collect what you need at checkout, from a phone number to a signed consent form.

Questions are set per service, on the Questions tab. Answers are attached to the booking, so they are there when you open it.

Question types

• Name, text, long text, email, phone and number.
• Date and time.
• Select, multi-select, checkbox and radio, for answers you want to control.
• Image upload and document upload.
• Signature, which draws a signature pad the customer signs with a finger or mouse.

Each question can be required or optional. Keep the required list short: every extra field is a chance for someone to abandon the booking.
