Group bookings and sessions

For classes, tours and workshops where several people share one slot.

Switch Group booking on for any service where more than one customer shares a session. Three settings shape it.

• Seats per session. How many people fit into one session.
• Sessions per booking. Lets a single purchase cover a run of sessions, for example a six week course.
• Per person pricing. The total is worked out from the number of people instead of a flat fee. This is on the Policies tab, under the pricing model.

Seats are counted as the sum of people across every booking already holding that session, so two bookings of two people fill four seats. When a session is full it stops appearing as available.

Turn on the waitlist so a full session keeps collecting interest instead of turning people away.
