Set up your workspace

Country, currency and VAT live in Settings, and they decide what every customer is charged.

A workspace holds everything your business shares: services, bookings, customers, team members and branding. Open Settings > Business to fill it in.

What to set first

Country and currency. Every price in Oteev is shown in your workspace currency, so set it before you publish prices.
VAT. When VAT is on it is added on top of the discounted subtotal at checkout. The rate is frozen onto each booking as it is made, so changing your rate later never rewrites bookings that already exist.
Business details. Your name and contact details appear on your booking page, your invoices and your outgoing email.
