Add your first service

A three step wizard covers the basics, how the service is delivered, and when it can be booked.

A service is anything a customer can book: a haircut, a consultation, a site visit, a class. Go to Services and start a new one. The wizard has three steps.

1. 1Basics. Name, description, how long it takes and what it costs.
2. 2Location. How and where the service is delivered.
3. 3Availability. Which schedule the service is bookable against.

Delivery options

• You travel to the customer's address.
• The customer comes to your address.
• The customer types in a location of their own.
• A video meeting, either a link you paste or a room Oteev creates for each booking.
• You phone the customer on a number they give you.
• You phone from your own stored number.

A service can offer more than one option and let the customer pick at checkout. If you travel to customers, pair this with coverage areas so people outside your range cannot book.
