Video meetings

Run a service over video, with a room created for each booking.

Oteev Video is built in. There is no account to create and nothing to connect. Choose the video option when you set a service's location and every booking gets its own room.

• The host and the guest get different links, so you keep host controls and your customer does not.
• The link is on the booking, and can be dropped into any workflow message with {MEETING_URL}.
• Rooms belong to their booking, so cancelling or moving the booking takes the room with it.

The catalogue under Integrations > Conferencing Apps also lists Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Skype. If you already run meetings somewhere else, you can instead paste your own meeting link on the service.
